  The worst experience of my life. The staff is terrible and the worst is taht I was very very sick for 36 hours after eating a meat lovers pizza. And the joke is that it is very expensive! A shame...

  The fish burger was quite good, fish and chips ok. However- I ordered wedges they had been omitted from my order when I went to collect it and the supervisor was very apologetic. I waited for them and got home to find they had chicken salt in them. I called up and asked for a new box without the salt and was told I should have said I didn't want salt as they always salt their chips. I said that I had not ordered from there before and so didn't know that to be the case ( it's not written anywhere) In my experience of ordering chips 95%of the time I am asked if I want salt and vinegar and therefore given the option. I was told that people who have allergies should let them know. I said that customers should be told they have salt ( I don't eat chicken or derivatives of chicken). I believe that a misunderstanding on both parties should err on the side of the customer and as good customer service and for $7.50 on the cafe's part it would not have been unreasonable to have been given a replacement ( 2 chips had been eaten not 1/2 a box). Customer service was fine when all was well at the shop but not good when there was a challenge. Reading between the lines on other reviews that seems to be the case Good until questioned.
